Checkout uses the payment provider and methods available for your account. Before you pay, the app shows your plan, add-ons, prepaid term, any monthly renewal authorization, currency, and total.

Is there a trial, and does it expire?
Every account gets 14 days of full access, no card required. After the trial, choose a plan and capacity in the app; checkout shows the exact total before you pay. If the trial lapses, you can still sign in and review your workspace, but operations pause until you subscribe. Your account and data are not deleted.
What happens when I need more staff or stores?
Both plans include the same features. Single Shop includes one store and three staff; Growing Business includes up to three stores and ten staff. Choose by the capacity you need. Extra staff and locations can be added to either plan; the current monthly rates and term totals are shown in the pricing cards and checkout confirms the full amount. Add-ons are available up to 20 stores and 200 staff. Self-serve add-ons still work above 10 stores or 50 staff, though a custom plan with dedicated onboarding and support may fit your operation better.
Is there a limit on how many products I can add?
No. Every plan, including the 14-day trial, supports unlimited products. Catalog your whole shelf without worrying about a cap.
How will I actually pay?
Through the payment provider shown at checkout. Available payment methods and supported currency are displayed before you pay. If you report a bank transfer for manual confirmation, access changes only after the payment is verified.
I'm already using Khanta as a pilot shop, what happens to me?
The 14-day window will begin for pilot shops when self-serve billing launches, not retroactively from when you joined. You'll get advance notice before it starts. See the full terms in our Terms of Service.
What subscription terms can I choose?
The minimum purchase is three months. You can also choose six months (10% off) or twelve months (16.7% off). The discount applies to the full tier price plus capacity add-ons.
How do plan upgrades and downgrades work?
An upgrade or added capacity takes effect after payment is confirmed. The new paid term is added after your current paid period, preserving the time you have already paid for. A downgrade or reduction in add-ons is scheduled for the end of your current paid period. You can cancel a scheduled change in Billing before it takes effect.
Are these final prices?
The app calculates the current total from your plan, selected staff and locations, and subscription term. Review that total and currency in checkout before paying.
